 "Lake Arthur Camp Meeting" calls to mind lifelong memories for many people. The interdenominational association has a long and important history of proclaiming God's word in Southwest Louisiana at its picturesque grounds.
The annual Lake Arthur Camp Meeting, a 113+ year-old gathering, is held for nine days each summer on the grounds of the Association in Lake Arthur, Louisiana. Adding to the facilities belonging to the group are cabins owned by individual members. In addition to the annual camp, many denominational and individual groups rent the facilities for meetings. It is a family oriented place. |

The CRWR has been making numerous repairs to the campbround buildings. The Christian Reformed World Relief Fund is an organization that reconstructs homes so that families in our area can resume a normal life. They've been in the area in response to the hurricanes of 2008. Below are some photos of repairs in progress. |
